Bullseye Glass Co is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to support our sales team. Besides making the world’s finest art glass, Bullseye is also a great place to work. We value teamwork, innovation and commitment.

Applicant should have a love of craft, and a drive to provide the best customer service possible while working in a collaborative environment. This position requires a high level of professionalism, including excellent written and verbal communication, and computer proficiency. Two or more years of strong customer service experience/sales, and a college degree preferred. Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities: Customer Service Associate will focus on processing phone, email and online orders. You will answer incoming calls and emails from customers with questions about products, pricing, shipping, and technical inquiries. You will also proactively support sales representatives in meeting quarterly and annual sales goals.
