Bullseye's employees impressed
friends, family, co-workers and
RC customers with their glassworking
skills and creativity
once again during the fifth annual
Working Glass exhibition.
An open call for entries resulted
in an impressive turnout of 29
participants. The exhibit was
held in the Resource Center upstairs
gallery space from May 15
to June 30.
The jurors this
year were Mel George, Jeremy Lepisto and Richard Glenn. Mel and Jeremy
came with first-hand Working Glass experience, both having won a
prize or two years ago when they were Bullseye employees. The couple
now runs Studio Ramp, a glass-fusing studio where they produce their
own individual glass artwork, along with architectural scale projects
and commissions for artists. Richard Glenn is an RC customer and local
glass artist who has had pieces in two previous e-merge exhibitions.
