Toast your old friends and chum up to new ones at Bullseye Gallery’s gala opening reception for BECon 2009. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served and a no-host cash bar will pour forth libations. Free shuttle service between the gallery and PSU and Hotel Modera will conserve your energy for other important late-evening (or early-morning) activities. Exhibitions on display at the Gallery during this time will include Emerging Perspectives: The RIT Project and Filling the Void: BECon Presenters.

At the end of day two, relax for an hour and chat it up with the BECon technical exhibitors before heading out to explore the city. We’ll provide a light nosh and buy your first drink at the no-host cash bar.

Yes, the company that makes glass at the cutting edge of 17th-century technology will once again pull out all the stops and cook chicken and ribs to absolute perfection on its 100-foot-long, continuous belt annealer. Scrumptious side dishes, prepared with less industry-specific methods, will also be served, as will a selection of Oregon's famous wines and microbrews. Ride our free shuttles, take a cab, drive yourself, or crawl if you must—but do not miss this much-loved, Bullseye-only event.
