What’s shakin’

Frit! Lots of frit!

Here’s a behind the scenes peek in preparation for a series of four workshops with Miriam Di Fiore. We’re running a chosen palette of Fine & Medium frit through sieve analysis to separate the grains by size and create seven distinct sizes. Approximately 2 pounds go through the system at a time & the machine runs for about 10 minutes. At each color change, remaining frit is poked out of the screens to avoid contamination.

We’re all looking forward to working with Miriam! Her tour kicks off at Bullseye Resource Center New York later this week.
