- October 1–December 7, 2011: Applications accepted through the CaFÉ website. (All entries must be submitted by 5pm PST, December 7, 2011.)
- January 16, 2012: Finalists individually notified via email.
- February 3, 2012: Finalists' CVs, artist statements, and head shots are due.
- February 24, 2012: Finalists' artwork is due at Bullseye Gallery, including related documentation.
- April 4, 2012: Exhibition opens at Bullseye Gallery.
- April 7, 2012: Opening night reception and awards event at Bullseye Gallery. Open to the public. All are welcome.
- June 23, 2012: Exhibition closes.
- August 25, 2012: Pick-up or shipping of all unsold works.
