Bonnie Celeste is a Bullseye instructor/technician who received her BS in education from Buffalo State College in New York. She was selected by jury for Pilchuck's 2006 and 2007 glass auctions and has had work accepted to special International Society of Glass Beadmakers exhibitions in 2007 and 2008. CHRISTY CORBETT

Christy Corbett received her BA from the University of Oregon and also attended the Oregon College of Art and Craft. CARRIE IVERSON
Image Transfers for Kiln Glass

Carrie Iverson earned her BFA at Yale and her MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Best known as a printmaker and painter, Iverson is quickly building a reputation for works in kiln-glass, which she began as a direct outgrowth of classes taken at Bullseye. She has done a number of publicly visible installations dealing with the Iraq War, including WAKE (at Brooklyn Public Library), for which she garnered a great deal of press. Her work is in permanent collections at MOMA and the Brooklyn Museum (NYC), and the MCA and Art Institute (Chicago). www.zahrada.org

TOM JACOBS

Tom Jacobs received his BA from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. As a Bullseye staff instructor/technician he has taught at Creative Glass, Switzerland; Glass Forum, Norway; Vitrum Studios, Maryland; and has assisted Richard Marquis at North Lands Creative Glass in Scotland. He develops and teaches classes for college instructors and the general public, gives lectures and demonstrations on glass technique, and works with visiting artists. NATHAN SANDBERG

Nathan Sandberg earned his BFA in glass and ceramics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. His work has received critical recognition through awards and shows, including Art or Artifact in Memphis, and is held in private collections. Now a member of the Bullseye Research & Education team, he teaches, assists classes, tests new glass styles, and helps with fabrication of visiting artist projects. He enjoys helping students grow creatively and taking glass art to new levels, using unconventional processes. TED SAWYER

Ted Sawyer received his BA in art with a focus in ceramics from Lewis and Clark College. From 1992-1993 he was the artist in residence at Contemporary Crafts Museum and Gallery in Portland, Oregon. In 1997 he joined Bullseye, where he is the Director of Research & Education. He teaches and lectures internationally and exhibits his work at galleries around the world, including Bullseye Gallery. STEPHANIE SERSICH
Collaboration: Dustin Tabor and Stephanie Sersich, Dual Flames: Sersich and Tabor

Stephanie Sersich is from a family of artists and designers and has been making jewelry since she was a child. While she works in many media, her signature jewelry incorporates her own glass beads as well as a mixture of vintage glass, ethnic beads, natural materials, and fibers. She is well known for her signature jewelry-assemblage method—the “Spiny Knotting” technique. She teaches her beadmaking and jewelry techniques all over the world, and her first book, Designing Jewelry with Glass Beads, has just been published by Interweave Press. DUSTIN TABOR
Collaboration: Dustin Tabor and Stephanie Sersich, Dual Flames: Sersich and Tabor

Dustin Tabor began flameworking glass in 1996. His precise control and unique sense of color quickly led to the discovery of his unique voice in glass. Dustin's work has been noted for its technical execution and its modern interpretation of ancient beads. Tabor's work has been juried into exhibitions curated by the International Society of Glass Beadmakers, the International Flameworking Museum of Kobe, Japan, and The Bead Museum. ERIK WHITTEMORE

Erik Whittemore earned his BS in art with a focus in sculpture from Eastern Oregon University. He teaches kilncasting and coldworking classes at Bullseye that were developed, in part, from his experience assisting visiting artists. An instructor/technician at Bullseye since 2004, he has assisted Richard Whiteley at Pilchuck, presented at BECon 2007, and attended Clifford Rainey's Master Class at North Lands Creative Glass.
