Graphic Relief in Thick Glass
This class introduces you to “kilncarving,” a kilnforming technique that achieves a bas-relief, textured, or sculpted look in billets.
Hip to be Square: Graphic Coasters
Printing with a selection of Bullseye glass colors and screens
A great introduction to three fundamental concepts of kiln-glass: fusing, kilncarving (a process for achieving a textured or sculpted surface on glass by firing over ceramic fiber paper), and slumping — starting with a square pre-fused piece of glass.
Ornaments in Kiln-Glass
