splinter & de vosch: Now Open in Zeist

The much-anticipated new splinter & de vosch kilnforming studio is now open for business. Located in the town of Zeist, ten kilometers east of Utrecht in the central Netherlands, splinter & de vosch is a retail outlet for Bullseye sheet and accessory glasses, metal foils, and Paragon Bullseye Edition kilns. It is also a well-equipped teaching operation.

Supplies will be sold at the studio Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Classes are now being offered in the teaching facility, which is equipped with three Gobi kilns, a Pearl 56 Bullseye Edition kiln, and one Caldera Vitrigraph kiln. Other equipment available to students includes a 60cm disk polish machine and a Flex hand polisher.

splinter & de vosch is owned by Steef Hendriks, a glassworking professional who has specialized in sandblasting and fusing for almost twenty years. He is available during studio hours to answer questions and offer advice.
