how to cast large object

I have these styrofoam coolers about 8x8x8 inches on the interior I want to make glass molds of. What is the best method to do this? I could make a wax positive and then a plaster negative for kiln casting. Would it be possible to do this in sand? What is the ideal way to produce a glass positive for the interior of the cooler?

This is an extremely ambitious and challenging project--exponentially more challenging than making a project half or a quarter of this size. We would like to know more about your past kilncasting experience before making suggestions. Have you done lost wax kilncasting in the the past? How large was your largest object? Did it have a hollow core?
