How to get turquoise blue like the attached photo?

Hi,
I work in glass fusing and need to ask about something . Sent photo is a sample that I have tried to make , I bought bullseye turquoise blue fine frit from amazon.com .after firing the color was very light , so I’m considering buying glassine paint or something similar like color line but I’m not sure if I dilute it with water will it give me a transparent effect or not. If I’m wrong what material should I buy to get the color and transparency like the sent photo? I also need to know how to achieve the texture at the bottom of the glass tile .Thank you for your time and waiting for your reply and advice.
