We have a unique full-time position open for a hands-on Swing Shift Casting Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have a college degree with a minimum of 2 years (or 4 years equivalent) “hands-on” supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Glass and or foundry experience helpful. Qualified applicant must possess good leadership skills, ability to delegate, ability to multi- task, and problem solve. Ideal candidate should also have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have basic computer skills: Word and Excel.
