Production Supervisor

We have a unique F/T position open for a hands-on Glass Melting supervisor. Ideal candidate should have a college degree with a minimum of 2 years (or 4 years equivalent) “hands-on” supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Glass and/or foundry experience helpful. Must possess good leadership skills, ability to delegate, ability to multi- task, have basic computer skills, and ability to problem solve. Ideal candidate should also have excellent organizational, and communication skills and flexibility with schedule. We offer an excellent benefit package. Salary commensurate with experience.

Maintenance Mechanic, Level 1

This entry-level position with room to grow requires someone with great organizational skills, and the ability to work solo or with the team. Duties include: pick-ups and deliveries, assisting the mechanics, and PM’s on equipment. Forklift experience desired, valid drivers license with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. a must. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL.

Receptionist

This full-time Receptionist position is located at our factory. Ideal candidate will have prior office experience including: answering incoming lines, routing calls, greeting the public, processing incoming/outgoing mail, proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, have great organizational and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Position requires a valid driver’s license and clean record (for making bank deposits).

Staff Accountant

Ideal candidate will have a B.A. in Accounting, 1 - 2 years experience in A/P, A/R, and General Ledger accounting. Must also be Proficient in Excel, Word, and Great Plains software a plus.

Essential Functions:

Monthly financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, GL account reconciliation, asset management, weekly A/P check runs, A/R collections.

Fabricator/Technician (Full-Time)

You are well organized, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in efficiently executing tasks to high standards. You have a strong sense of art and design, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are flexible, willing to work hard, get dirty, and then clean up. You will train on the job with other members of the Bullseye team, students, teachers, and world-class artists as they perform process and materials research. Ultimately you will make finished works in kiln-glass and document your methods and results. Hands-on experience in the arts, trades, and/or basic scientific/laboratory technique is extremely helpful. Experience w/Mac, PC, Word, and Excel a plus. Valid ODL a must.

Wide range of tasks includes technical writing, copywriting, and editorial support for departments including marketing, research and education, gallery and more. Writing projects may include development of instructional materials, copywriting for website, advertising, press releases, internal communications and books. Research will require some hands-on work in our studios. Editing tasks range from developmental to proofreading. Position offers variety and excellent benefits. The successful candidate will have an eagle eye for spelling and grammar, a snappy writing style, color acuity, and the ability to work independently and with a group.
