If it’s Spring this must be Wanderlust.
I want to go far away. Can’t. Damned job.
Instead I think I’ll fantasize about distant places.
But since I can’t get my mind out of glass,
they’ll have to be places with glass in them…
Good glass…
What about Ulster, Northern Ireland?
And Karl Harron’s studio?
NICE Website, Karl!

I’ve always enjoyed Mr. Herron’s work. Lovely, pure, serene stuff. His is one of the sites I visit when I’m coming down with yet another bout of color schizophrenia.

I met Karl at my local Arts centre when he was exhibiting there. He’s very passionate about glass (and Bullseye) and a huge mine of fantastic and technical information. I have changed quite a few things from our conversation, for the better. Wonderful, thought provoking work….i hope we meet again.
Thanks Lani for posting

Cynthia, you’ll need to meet Karl (take Amanda’s word!) when he comes to Portland in June for GAS.
And Amanda, what are YOU doing in June when everyone else is in Portland???

Wow! Nothing “unfortunate” about that at all! I am thrilled for you, Amanda. See you there!
