It’s Not All About Glass

There’s also food.

The best I’ve ever had is fresh lobster.

Trapped off the coast of Caithness, Scotland. By a guy named Dave, on a boat named the White Rose.

So you won’t be surprised if I nominate as Best Business Idea I’ve Seen This Century a brilliant bunch of guys calling themselves Catch a Piece of Maine.

Imagine: your own trap, your own lobster, your own lobsterman. Dave, where’s your website???

Lani… this is sort of the aqueous version of the farm-shares we can get here. A group of people front local farmers cash and you get bags of fresh produce all summer. GcB

Gee…Do you think we could do it with glass? Imagine your own tank of glass? Your own caster?

Now your in my neck of the woods.

I’ve done lobster feeds for 200 people, dozens of times. The mussels ain’t too shabby either!

Haystack school is the glass/lobster convergence. Right next to Haystack is a place that sells only lobsters, potato chips, and soda. It don’t get much better than that! The further east you go in Maine, the sweeter the lobsters.
