i want to start putting my name on all of my work on the back but i am over engraving as it doesnt look neat enough.does anyone know any decal companies that can produce custom name labels or does anyone have an idea how i can fuse/slump my name into the back of a piece?

Those are the sepia colored ones. You can do them ultra-cheap on your own computer. Problem is, they won't show up on the back of most color pieces.

True. They are sepia...didn't think about them not showing on some glass. You do have to have a certain printer to print them yourself though don't you?

Most HP printers work,
Have to have iron in the toner. The sepia color is iron oxide, better known as rust.

is it possible to use gold overglaze as what i used to use on ceramics? i want something i can put on at slumping temp so i dont need to refire

You cannot safely slump the gold ceramic overglaze. It is so thin that any stretching or moving will tear it apart. For glass, you can get the glass gold and it adheres at less than slumping temps. You do need to do an additional firing just for the gold.
