Striking Sheet for Stained Glass & Mosaics

Fire Bullseye striker sheet glass to develop color for stained glass and mosaic works. There’s more than one way to go about it, with options for color, texture, and more. Choose a path—color awaits!

In factory production, color is evaluated after firing to a full fuse (1480 °F / 804 °C) with a sheet of clear to make a 6 mm thick tile. When firing a single sheet, the same firing develops color and shrinks the footprint. It also may create a large bubble underneath the sheet glass, unless the kiln is set up properly. Firing to lower temperatures also develops color and may be the right approach for your project.
